This is now my therapy.
“You have had such a major loss Brian, but you cannot bottle it up. You have to release through speaking about her (Nina Kennett) or even just writing things down about her or how you feel…” said my counsellor.
So I started this blog. I am really struggling to speak to people, so perhaps this is a good alternative…? Day #1, here is where it begins in memory of Nina Kennett.
It’s now 2 weeks since I lost my beautiful Nina. We are holding in there, each day has ups and downs and fond memories. We all miss Nina Kennett terribly, but Oliver is back to school and is being such a mature and brave child despite his age. Amy, well Amy is just the cute lovely 9-month-old, so cuddle her and she is happy.
As this blog develops I hope you can all post a picture or two and any thoughts about their mum that they can read when they’re ready or want to know more about her. So please share this with those that knew the lovely girl Nina and please contribute to enabling me to share Ni with the kids as they grow.
I really would love to see any photos or text you have about Nina Kennett that I can start to use here in this blog about family.
