To explain for non-Japanese friends and family, she just loves dancing to these Japanese baby DVD’s – sort of Teletubbies/Hi 5/Wiggles all wrapped in to one, but usually crazy things like singing toilets, bananas etc. but she LOVES it as you can see fromRead More

This is an absolute beauty of my wonderful daughter. As you can see she’ll make quite a good actress one day. Life for her this day was seemingly so hard, look at the trauma she is clearly going through until, that is, she realizes that Daddy is actually videoing her – watch the change inRead More

She calls our name and we come running, We have lost the voice we listened to, And there's a stillness now the rains stopped falling, And there's a sadness like we never knew, But we still see the shining of things. We love and miss you desperately Ni.

About Brian

I have worked in Telecommunications pretty much all my life, with good fortune to have worked literally across the world with amazing colleagues and clients from Sao Paulo, to Chicago, to LA, to UK, Europe and most recently to South East Asia and Australia.

I love to cook and to write and again for many years now have been writing a food blog, constantly morphing. I have also written a cook book for charitable reasons. I now also write a column for EXMag.sg a men's magazine with a focus on food - recipes and reviews. I do this under the tag-name of Semi-Naked Chef.

I am very focused at charitable work and CSR - having visited Cambodia 6 years running now to build houses on stilts for the less fortunate people there.

I have 3 kids - 2 half-Japanese and 1 half-Filipino.
