HIS ACTUAL BIRTHDAY DAY – PRESENTS TIME

Such a lucky boy for his Birthday brunch this day before his party starts. Out comes the veggies with gravy and butter and medium-rare rib-eye seared in butter. Well hello there! So lucky! Well, he does need his energy of course.

A lovely lay-in for the wee man this Sunday in preparation for the fun and games ahead. Rest little man, it’s going to get crazy.

And I do mean CRAZY. It’s KidzTopia @ Marina Square, the Southern Hemisphere’s largest indoor kids playground. It is MASSIVE. I got lost going for a pee, imagine trying to find the kids. I was running around after them trying to get some snaps. Impossible. But what a great afternoon they all had.

This place is uber cool for the kids. Interactive wallboards on this stage, that at 4 pm becomes the stage for a free magician show. Looks at that bloody teddy bear, even that is HUGE.

Someone seems happy! Job done WIfey! Phew!

Foaming mouthed dogs anyone? They have a mart here for them. Interesting…

Yep, there are dress-up rooms. There is even a train track with working train, and double even VR Headset play area. This place is bonkers. When I look at this photo it reminds me of some of the closing scenes of ‘The Sixth Sense’. Spooky!

I am assuming this is one of Jude’s mates. Could be anyone I suppose.

OK, we are safe. The Three Amigos it is. Phew!

“We are the MINI AVENGERS!!! And play the sound-track…”

BOOOOOIIIIINNNNNNNGGGGGG!!!

Strawberry Blonde in the mix too with the little ones and babysitting the only other lady that could attend the party today.

See what I mean about the scale of this place. This is one ball-pit that has rubber dinghy and even banana boats for towing the kids around in. Madness!

“I can fly…….” says Jude

It’s a bloke thing clearly… Boys being Boys. Great mates all.

In the party room, we had a loop playing of all Jude’s silly faces. I realised after seeing them all that in 90% of them he was eating. Such a Six-year-old foodie.

See what I mean – OK and drinking!

It’s official and for once it is spelt right too!

It’s feeding time at the zoo.

Bless her. The only lady at the party. No wonder the face haha.

Well someone else was also clearly having fun.

Oh no, what have I started?

Classic! This is a keeper including our little photo-bomber!

I don’t think these kids stopped moving once in about 5 hours we were there. Non-stop, literally.

Thanks to my brother for designing the cake. How funny is that? Too funny!

Winner, winner. He loves it! Again, Phew!!! You never know these days. These buggers put you under so much pressure.

Awwwwwww. Happy families. Just missing JimBoy and Jhea. See you in a week though my lovelies. Happy Birthday Jude Jude.

HULK SMASH!!!

BFF’s – just a BRILLIANT picture. Even if I say so myself!

And again. I tell you what David Bailey, move over sunshine. Daddy is rocking!

And now it is the 19th and the official birthday. A very early start for the wee man to start opening those presents from across the Globe bless him. Thank you so much to all the family as always for the pressies you made a very happy little six-year-old today. Thank you!

Worth calling out that Strawberry Blonde designed and made this card, which I think is just genius! Love it Amy, and so does your brother.

Such a lucky little thing. Presents everywhere. This is from Strawberry Blonde and he loves it. This became Godzilla hair a little later on.

Such an 80’s child. He loves Ghostbusters. This is from the UK and my recent trip, as the only place we could get it. And also a part of the reason for me needing to buy an additional suitcase. Lucky bugger.

Thanks, BeBe. Bless you. Happy boy, happy boy!

See even his presents are food, haha.

Yes, Nanny, he loves it. I am already lined up to have Science-Night 2 times this week.

Now, this was so cool this year. He can actually read his own birthday cards. That was a proud parent moment sitting there watching him read all his cards, only needing the occasional help. WOW!

Loving his water bottle from big-brother.

Family UK he LOVED his Godzilla stuff, thank you. I think it is pretty evident he did, what do you think?

Oh yes indeed. Watch the videos and he says thank you too.

All the presents are done and a full day of work in the middle and it is off for his birthday dinner at his restaurant choice. None of us was surprised when he asked for ‘Chicken Bum’ AKA Mikawa Japanese Restaurant. He so loves it here, so we honoured his wishes and had a lovely family meal. Even with some rather cool rainbow birthday cake.

And that was that. Next stop SEVEN.
